1. Who we are
YaPro Player (package com.yapro.player) is a video player for Android phones, tablets and Android TV. It plays video links (HLS, DASH, MP4) and local video files that you choose to open.
2. Data we collect
We do not collect any personal data ourselves. The app has no server of its own, and your links and viewing history are never sent to us or to any third party. The only exception is the advertising SDK described in section 4.1.
3. Data stored on your device only
- Recent links: links you type yourself are kept on your device so you can open them again. You can delete them at any time from the app, or by clearing the app data.
- Resume position and settings: the last playback position and your preferences (language, quality, etc.) are saved locally.
- Links received from other apps are never saved and are not displayed on screen or in notifications.
- Android backup is disabled for this app, so this local data is not uploaded to the cloud.
4. Network connections
When you play a video, the app connects directly to the server of the link you opened in order to stream it. Those servers are operated by third parties and their own privacy policies apply. YaPro Player does not control them and does not act as an intermediary.
To protect the stream, the app checks on the device whether a VPN or proxy is active. This check is local only; its result is not sent anywhere.
4.1 Advertising (Google AdMob)
On phones and tablets, the app shows ads provided by Google AdMob: one ad on the home screen, a banner at the bottom of the Settings and TV tabs, and occasionally a full-screen ad when you return from a video you watched for several minutes, or before a video opened from another app starts (at most one full-screen ad every 10 minutes). Ads never appear during playback, in picture-in-picture, in the playback notification or on Android TV.
To show and measure ads, AdMob may collect your device's advertising ID, IP address, approximate location derived from it, and app interaction data. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, the app asks for your consent first, and you can change your choice at any time in Settings > Ad privacy choices. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your Android settings.

5. Permissions

6. Screen sharing
When you mirror your screen to a TV, this is done by Android's wireless display feature. Only the picture and sound are sent to the TV; the video address stays on your phone.
7. Children
The app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect any data from them.
8. Content
YaPro Player does not provide, host or index any video content. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to watch the links and files you open.
9. Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with an updated effective date.

1. Qui sommes-nous
YaPro Player (paquet com.yapro.player) est un lecteur vidéo pour téléphones, tablettes et Android TV. Il lit les liens vidéo (HLS, DASH, MP4) et les fichiers vidéo locaux que vous choisissez d'ouvrir.
2. Données collectées
Nous ne collectons nous-mêmes aucune donnée personnelle. L'application ne possède aucun serveur, et vos liens et votre historique ne sont jamais envoyés, ni à nous ni à des tiers. La seule exception est le SDK publicitaire décrit à la section 4.1.
3. Données stockées uniquement sur votre appareil
- Liens récents : les liens que vous saisissez vous-même sont conservés sur l'appareil pour les rouvrir. Vous pouvez les effacer à tout moment depuis l'application ou en vidant les données de l'application.
- Position de reprise et réglages : la dernière position de lecture et vos préférences (langue, qualité, etc.) sont enregistrées localement.
- Les liens reçus d'autres applications ne sont jamais enregistrés et ne sont affichés ni à l'écran ni dans les notifications.
- La sauvegarde Android est désactivée pour cette application : ces données ne sont pas envoyées dans le cloud.
4. Connexions réseau
Lorsque vous lisez une vidéo, l'application se connecte directement au serveur du lien ouvert pour la diffuser. Ces serveurs sont exploités par des tiers et leurs propres politiques s'appliquent. YaPro Player ne les contrôle pas et ne sert pas d'intermédiaire.
Pour protéger le flux, l'application vérifie sur l'appareil si un VPN ou un proxy est actif. Cette vérification est uniquement locale ; son résultat n'est envoyé nulle part.
4.1 Publicité (Google AdMob)
Sur téléphones et tablettes, l'application affiche des annonces fournies par Google AdMob : une sur l'écran d'accueil, une bannière en bas des onglets Réglages et TV, et parfois une annonce plein écran au retour d'une vidéo regardée plusieurs minutes, ou avant le début d'une vidéo ouverte depuis une autre application (au plus une annonce plein écran toutes les 10 minutes). Aucune publicité n'apparaît pendant la lecture, en mode image dans l'image, dans la notification de lecture ni sur Android TV.
Pour afficher et mesurer les annonces, AdMob peut collecter l'identifiant publicitaire de l'appareil, l'adresse IP, la localisation approximative qui en découle et des données d'interaction avec l'application. Dans l'Espace économique européen, au Royaume-Uni et en Suisse, l'application demande d'abord votre consentement, que vous pouvez modifier à tout moment dans Réglages > Choix de confidentialité des annonces. Vous pouvez aussi réinitialiser ou supprimer votre identifiant publicitaire dans les paramètres Android.

5. Autorisations

6. Partage d'écran
La duplication d'écran vers un téléviseur est assurée par la fonction d'affichage sans fil d'Android. Seuls l'image et le son sont envoyés ; l'adresse de la vidéo reste sur le téléphone.
7. Enfants
L'application ne s'adresse pas aux enfants de moins de 13 ans et ne collecte sciemment aucune donnée les concernant.
8. Contenu
YaPro Player ne fournit, n'héberge et ne référence aucun contenu vidéo. Vous êtes responsable de vous assurer que vous avez le droit de regarder les liens et fichiers que vous ouvrez.
9. Modifications
Toute modification de cette politique sera publiée sur cette page avec une nouvelle date d'entrée en vigueur.

YaPro Player (الحزمة com.yapro.player) مشغّل فيديو للهواتف والأجهزة اللوحية وأجهزة Android TV. يشغّل روابط الفيديو (HLS وDASH وMP4) وملفات الفيديو المحلية التي تختار فتحها.
2. البيانات التي نجمعها
لا نجمع بأنفسنا أي بيانات شخصية. ليس للتطبيق خادم خاص به، وروابطك وسجل مشاهدتك لا تُرسل أبداً إلينا ولا إلى أي طرف ثالث. الاستثناء الوحيد هو أداة الإعلانات الموضحة في القسم 4.1.
3. بيانات تُحفظ على جهازك فقط
- الروابط الأخيرة: الروابط التي تكتبها بنفسك تُحفظ على جهازك لتفتحها مجدداً، ويمكنك حذفها في أي وقت من التطبيق أو بمسح بيانات التطبيق.
- موضع الاستئناف والإعدادات: آخر موضع تشغيل وتفضيلاتك (اللغة، الجودة...) تُحفظ محلياً.
- الروابط القادمة من تطبيقات أخرى لا تُحفظ أبداً ولا تُعرض على الشاشة ولا في الإشعارات.
- النسخ الاحتياطي في أندرويد معطّل لهذا التطبيق، فلا تُرفع هذه البيانات إلى السحابة.
4. الاتصالات بالشبكة
عند تشغيل فيديو، يتصل التطبيق مباشرة بخادم الرابط الذي فتحته لبثّه. هذه الخوادم يديرها أطراف ثالثة وتنطبق عليها سياساتها الخاصة، ولا يتحكم فيها YaPro Player ولا يعمل كوسيط.
لحماية البث، يتحقق التطبيق على الجهاز من وجود VPN أو بروكسي مفعّل. هذا الفحص محلي فقط ولا تُرسل نتيجته إلى أي جهة.
4.1 الإعلانات (Google AdMob)
على الهواتف والأجهزة اللوحية، يعرض التطبيق إعلانات من Google AdMob: إعلان في الشاشة الرئيسية، وشريط إعلاني أسفل تبويبي الإعدادات والتلفاز، وأحياناً إعلان بملء الشاشة عند الرجوع من فيديو شاهدته لعدة دقائق، أو قبل بدء فيديو مفتوح من تطبيق آخر (إعلان واحد بملء الشاشة كل 10 دقائق على الأكثر). لا تظهر الإعلانات أبداً أثناء التشغيل، ولا في وضع صورة داخل صورة، ولا في إشعار التشغيل، ولا على Android TV.
لعرض الإعلانات وقياسها، قد يجمع AdMob معرّف الإعلانات للجهاز وعنوان IP والموقع التقريبي المستنتج منه وبيانات التفاعل مع التطبيق. في المنطقة الاقتصادية الأوروبية والمملكة المتحدة وسويسرا، يطلب التطبيق موافقتك أولاً، ويمكنك تغيير اختيارك في أي وقت من الإعدادات > خيارات خصوصية الإعلانات. يمكنك أيضاً إعادة تعيين معرّف الإعلانات أو حذفه من إعدادات أندرويد.

7. الأطفال
التطبيق غير موجّه للأطفال دون 13 سنة، ولا يجمع عن علم أي بيانات عنهم.
8. المحتوى
لا يوفّر YaPro Player أي محتوى فيديو ولا يستضيفه ولا يفهرسه. أنت مسؤول عن التأكد من أن لديك الحق في مشاهدة الروابط والملفات التي تفتحها.
9. التعديلات
عند تعديل هذه السياسة، تُنشر النسخة الجديدة في هذه الصفحة مع تاريخ سريان محدّث.
